Motiti 1 and 6 have loved Robotics this term - we have learnt so much about STEM. Today's session we even got to battle robots and play robot football. Motiti 4 and 5 are looking forward to having a go next term, and Motiti 2 and 3 in Term 3.

We are so proud of all of the students who received a Courage certificate this term. An extra big congratulations to these students, plus the two that were away, who won one of our donated prizes this term. All students who received an award throughout the term were entered into the random spinning wheel. Thank you to Addy and Parker's whanau for the generous prizes. What lucky kids! Our 2026 Mathathon has started! We are fundraising to beautify our swimming pool change rooms!

What an amazing start to our Mathathon! Overnight Cooper raised $200 & Kiwa $475 towards our swimming pool changing rooms! Well done & thank you!

Huge shout-out to our 15-strong team who competed at the Western Bay of Plenty Primary School Swimming Champs at Baywave yesterday! To qualify you must finish top three at our school swimming sports and then top three at the Papamoa Cluster champs — so just being there is an achievement. The calibre of swimmers was next level and the talent was incredible, but our crew held their own against some of the best in the region. Many of our kids felt overwhelmed — completely understandable — and we want to remind them that qualifying for this event is something to celebrate. We are beyond proud of every single one of you: for your effort, resilience, team spirit, and the way you represented us in and out of the water. You are true legends in our eyes.
