Fun Run and Cross Country
These are annual events which all the
students are encouraged to participate in. The Fun Run is for the
Karewa students, while the older children all join in the cross country,
which is held at the Gordon Spratt Reserve. The winners from this event
go on to compete in the Western Bay of Plenty Regionals.
Our representatives in the WBoP Regional
Cross Country: Marshall, Cameron (2nd place), Ethan, Cole (3rd place), Brittney
and Maia (1st place).

Flippaball
Papamoa School competes in our local Mount Maunganui/Te Puke Flippaball League. Flippaball is a junior version of
Water Polo developed for our year 3-6 students. It is a lot of fun for
all involved and a great way to spend Sunday afternoons.
