Andrew Beard, an ex
pupil of Papamoa School, visited us on Mufti day, and spoke to us
about being in the New Zealand Air Force.

As part of our assembly we did a skit
about the drop off zone, and we enjoyed performing in front of the
rest of the school and our parents.

The hail storm was an
exciting event, and all of Room 17 were glued to the window, but
unfortunately classrooms were damaged.

Earlier in the year we
made some bread and butter, it was a very interesting moment, and it
tasted really good.

In term two we did a
study about Now and Then, and we learnt how things have changed over
time.

Learning about
Kiwiana was fun last term , because we got to do fun things about
New Zealand.
In Term 2 we visited
the Buried Village, and we learnt about the eruption, and how the
environment changed over time.
